Today we went to the library. It smelled like books and wood.
I looked at the picture books. There were so many to pick from!
I found a book about dinosaurs. The pictures were amazing.
I found a book about the ocean. It had a big blue whale on the cover.
The librarian read us a story. We all sat on the soft rug.
I got my very own library card. My name is on it!
I checked out three books. I carried them home in my bag.
I will read one book every night until I have to bring them back.
