1. Who We Are
GoReadling ("the App", "the Service", "our Service") is owned and operated by Big Data LLC ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. By accessing, downloading, installing, browsing, or using GoReadling in any way — whether on an iPhone, iPad, Android device, web browser, or any other platform, now or in the future — you ("you", "your", "the user", "parent", "guardian") agree to be fully bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Big Data LLC. If you do not agree to every provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service and delete the App from all devices.
These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy and any supplemental terms referenced herein) make up the entire agreement between you and Big Data LLC regarding your use of GoReadling. They supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Service.
2. Acceptance of Terms & Parental Acknowledgment
By using GoReadling, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) and a parent or legal guardian of any child who uses the App
- You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding contract
- You have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these Terms in their entirety
- You accept full responsibility for your child's use of the App, including all content they access, create, share, or interact with
- You understand that GoReadling uses artificial intelligence (AI) to generate stories, images, audio, and other content, and that such AI content carries inherent risks
- You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, unexpected outputs, or unintended material ("hallucinations") despite our best efforts to implement safety measures
- You agree to review and supervise all content generated by or presented to your child before and during their use of the App
- You assume all risk associated with your and your child's use of the Service, including all content sharing features
- You consent to the collection and processing of data as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy
- You have reviewed and accept the terms regarding third-party AI services (Section 7), content sharing (Sections 11–16), and user content licensing (Section 18)
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a family, household, or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind all users of the Service under your account or device.
⚠️ Important: AI-Generated Content Acknowledgment
GoReadling uses artificial intelligence to create personalized stories, illustrations, audio narration, and art enhancements. While we employ content filters, safety guardrails, and moderation systems, no AI system is perfect. AI models may occasionally produce content that is inaccurate, nonsensical, or inappropriate ("hallucinations"). By using GoReadling, you expressly acknowledge this limitation and agree that it is your responsibility as a parent or guardian to review all AI-generated content before allowing your child to consume it. Big Data LLC cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, safety, or appropriateness of any AI-generated content.

4. Parental Responsibility & Supervision
GoReadling is intended to be used by children under the active supervision of a parent or legal guardian. This is the foundational principle of our Service. You agree that:
- You are solely responsible for monitoring and supervising your child's use of the App at all times
- You will review all AI-generated stories, images, audio, and other content before or as your child accesses them
- You will use the parental controls and safety features provided in the App, including parental gates

5. Eligibility & Age Requirements
5.1 Minimum Age for Account Holders
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account, sign in, or agree to these Terms. Children may use the App only under the supervision of, and with the consent of, a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms.
5.2 Children Under 13
GoReadling complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Children under 13 may not create accounts or provide personal information directly. Parents are the account holders. See our Privacy Policy for details on COPPA compliance.
5.3 Google Gemini API Age Restriction
Google's Gemini API terms state that the service is "not directed towards individuals under 18." Because GoReadling's AI features are powered by Google Gemini, you — as the adult parent or guardian — are the user of record for purposes of Google's terms. Your child interacts with the results of AI generation under your supervision; they do not directly interact with the Gemini API.
5.4 Users Who Cannot Use the Service
You may not use GoReadling if:
- You are under the age of 18 and do not have a parent or guardian who has accepted these Terms
- We have previously suspended or terminated your account for violations of these Terms
- You are prohibited from receiving our products or services under applicable law
- You are located in a jurisdiction where the Service, its features, or its underlying AI technologies are prohibited
6. AI-Generated Content — Disclaimers & Risks
You expressly understand and agree that:
- AI is imperfect. All AI-generated content (stories, images, audio, art enhancements) is produced by machine learning models that may produce unexpected, inaccurate, or inappropriate results despite our best efforts
- Hallucinations happen. AI models may generate content that appears factual but is incorrect, or content that does not match the intended tone, theme, or age-appropriateness
- Safety measures are best-effort, not guaranteed. We implement content filters, safety guardrails, parental gates, rate limits, and moderation tools. However, no combination of safeguards can guarantee that all output will be appropriate for all children at all times
- Content review is your responsibility. You agree to personally review any and all AI-generated content before or as your child interacts with it
- No guarantees of educational outcome. While GoReadling is designed to support children's reading and learning, we make no warranties regarding educational effectiveness, developmental benefit, or learning outcomes
- Not professional advice. Content generated by GoReadling is for entertainment and educational enrichment only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, educational, therapeutic, or professional advice. Do not rely on AI-generated content as a substitute for professional guidance
- Third-party AI services. AI features are powered by third-party services (including Google Gemini) whose behavior may change without notice. Big Data LLC is not responsible for changes in third-party AI model behavior, capabilities, or output quality
- Personalization data. Story prompts may include your child's name and age to personalize content. This data is sent to AI services solely for content generation. See Section 9 for details
- Same or similar content. AI services may generate the same or similar content for different users worldwide. You do not have exclusive rights to any AI-generated story, image, or audio
- Content may change. Re-generating a story with the same prompt may produce different results each time. Previously generated content is not guaranteed to be reproducible
- Cultural and linguistic limitations. AI models may have biases or limitations in representing diverse cultures, languages, and perspectives accurately
7. Third-Party AI Services — Google Gemini API
GoReadling relies on Google's Gemini API and related Google AI services to generate stories, illustrations, audio narration, image enhancements, and other AI-powered features. By using GoReadling, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding these third-party AI services:
7.1 Experimental Technology
Google's Gemini models constitute experimental technology. Per Google's own disclaimers: "The Services include experimental technology and may sometimes provide inaccurate or offensive content." Content generated by these models does not represent the views of Google or Big Data LLC. You should use discretion before relying on, publishing, sharing, or otherwise using any content provided by the Service.
7.2 No Professional Advice
As stated in Google's Gemini API terms: AI-generated content must not be relied upon for medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Any content regarding those topics is for informational and entertainment purposes only and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
7.3 Content Ownership & Duplication
Per Google's terms regarding generated content: Google does not claim ownership over content generated through its API. However, Google may generate the same or similar content for others, and Google reserves all rights to do so. You acknowledge that AI-generated stories, images, and audio produced by GoReadling may be similar or identical to content generated for other users of Google's AI services worldwide. No AI-generated output grants you exclusive intellectual property rights.
7.4 Safety Features & Content Filtering
Google's Gemini API includes built-in safety features designed to block harmful content. GoReadling configures these safety settings for child-appropriate content. However:
- Safety filters may occasionally block legitimate content (false positives)
- Safety filters may occasionally fail to block inappropriate content (false negatives)
- Big Data LLC is responsible for configuring safety settings appropriate for our use case, but cannot guarantee their effectiveness
- You may not attempt to bypass, circumvent, or override any safety measures implemented by GoReadling or Google
7.5 How Google Processes Your Data
Paid API Services: When GoReadling uses paid Gemini API quota, Google does not use your prompts or responses to improve Google products. Prompts and responses are processed in accordance with Google's Data Processing Addendum. Google logs prompts and responses for a limited period solely for detecting violations of their Prohibited Use Policy.
Unpaid/Free API Tier: If any portion of the Service uses Google's free API tier, Google may use the content submitted and generated responses to provide, improve, and develop Google products and services and machine learning technologies. Google's human reviewers may read, annotate, and process API input and output. Google takes steps to disconnect this data from identifying information before review.
What this means for you: Creative prompts you submit (including story themes, character names, and child's age) may be processed by Google's systems. We do not send your email address, account credentials, or device identifiers to AI services. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
7.6 Google's Prohibited Use Policy
GoReadling's use of Google Gemini API is subject to Google's Prohibited Use Policy. You agree not to use GoReadling in any way that would cause Big Data LLC to violate Google's policies, including but not limited to:
- Attempting to generate content that is illegal, harmful, sexually explicit, violent, or hateful
- Using the Service to generate spam, malware, or deceptive content
- Attempting to extract, replicate, or reverse-engineer Google's AI models
- Using generated content to impersonate individuals or create deepfakes
- Submitting sensitive, confidential, or highly personal information in story prompts beyond what is needed for personalization (name, age)
7.7 Service Availability & Changes
Google may modify, discontinue, or restrict access to the Gemini API at any time. Such changes may affect GoReadling's features, quality, or availability without advance notice. Big Data LLC is not liable for:
- Changes in AI model behavior, quality, or capabilities
- Temporary or permanent unavailability of AI features
- Changes to Google's pricing, rate limits, or terms of service
- Content policy changes that affect what content can be generated
- Regional restrictions or availability changes imposed by Google
- Degradation in output quality due to model updates or changes
7.8 Additional Google Terms
Your use of GoReadling's AI features is also subject to:
In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Google's terms regarding your use of AI-generated content, the more restrictive provision shall apply.
8. User Accounts, Authentication & Cross-Device Access
8.1 Guest Mode (Anonymous)
The App can be used without creating an account. In guest mode, an anonymous device identifier is assigned to your device. Stories, progress, and preferences are associated with this device ID. Guest mode data is not accessible from other devices.
8.2 Parent Account Sign-In
Parents may optionally sign in with Google or Apple to access enhanced features including cross-device syncing. When you sign in:
- Your email address, display name, and profile picture (if provided by the sign-in provider) are associated with your account
- Your stories, reading progress, preferences, and purchases follow you across all devices where you sign in with the same account
- We may link device data with your signed-in account to provide a seamless experience
8.3 Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by your child or any person who accesses your device
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- You may not share your account credentials with others, create multiple accounts, or transfer your account without our permission
- Big Data LLC is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to protect your credentials or device
8.4 One Account Per Household
Each parent or guardian should maintain a single account for their household. You may create child profiles within the App to personalize the experience for multiple children under your supervision.
9. How We Use Your Data in the Service
To provide GoReadling's personalized experience, we use the following data. For complete data handling details, see our Privacy Policy.
9.1 Email Address
Your email address (collected via Google or Apple sign-in) is used to:
- Authenticate your account and verify your identity
- Enable cross-device syncing so your stories and progress are available on any device you sign in to
- Allow account recovery and support communications
- Associate your subscription and purchase history with your account
Your email is not sent to AI services, used for marketing, or shared with third parties beyond authentication and account management.
9.2 Child's Name
If you provide your child's name (via profile creation or story prompts), it is used to:
- Personalize AI-generated stories — your child's name may be included in story prompts sent to Google Gemini to create stories featuring your child as a character
- Display in the App — for greetings, profile labels, and story titles
- Stored on your device (local storage) for app personalization
- Stored on our servers (Firestore database) associated with your device ID or account, so stories created with the child's name are preserved and accessible across devices
Sharing Warning: When you share a story that contains your child's name (via social media, web links, or story duplication), the child's name embedded in the story text and title becomes visible to anyone who receives or views the shared content. It is your responsibility to review shared content and ensure you are comfortable with the information disclosed.
9.3 Child's Age
If you provide your child's age (via profile creation), it is used to:
- Adjust AI story prompts — age is included in prompts sent to Google Gemini to generate age-appropriate stories with suitable vocabulary, complexity, and themes
- Reading level recommendations — to suggest appropriate reading levels and story categories
- Stored on your device (local storage) for app personalization
- Stored on our servers (Firestore database) associated with your device ID or account
Your child's age is not displayed publicly or included in shared content visible to others.
9.4 Story Content & Prompts
When you create a custom story, the following data flow occurs:
- Your story prompt (theme, characters, child's name, age) is sent from your device to our backend servers
- Our servers forward the prompt to Google Gemini API for story text generation
- Google Gemini generates story text, which is returned to our servers
- Our servers may send additional prompts for illustration generation and audio narration
- The complete story (text, images, audio URLs) is stored in our Firestore database associated with your device ID or account
- Stories are synced to your device for reading (and potentially offline access)
By creating a story, you consent to this data flow and to the storage of the resulting content on our servers.
9.5 Activity & Session Data
We collect usage activity and session data to understand how the Service is used and to improve it. This may include:
- Actions performed within the App (story creation, reading, sharing, game play)
- Session start and end times
- IP address (used for rate limiting, analytics, and abuse prevention)
- User agent string (browser/device information)
- Timestamps and event metadata
This data is collected for operational purposes and may be stored on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.
9.6 Support Ticket Data
When you submit a support request through the App, you may provide:
- Your name
- Your email address
- A description of your issue or feedback
This information is stored on our servers and used solely to respond to your inquiry.
10. User-Generated Content & Permissions You Grant Us
GoReadling allows you (and your child, under your supervision) to create content using our Service, including but not limited to:
- Story prompts and creative inputs
- AI-generated stories (text, illustrations, audio) created from your prompts
- Drawings, colorings, and artwork created within the App
- Art enhancements performed using AI tools
- Ratings and reviews of stories
- Profile information (names, preferences)
- Any other content created through or submitted to the Service ("User Content")
10.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of the original creative inputs and prompts you provide. However, AI-generated content (stories, images, audio) is created through a combination of your inputs, our technology, and third-party AI services. The intellectual property status of AI-generated content is subject to evolving legal standards. Big Data LLC does not claim ownership of your User Content, but requires certain permissions to operate the Service.
10.2 License You Grant to Big Data LLC
By creating, uploading, sharing, or otherwise making available any User Content on or through GoReadling, you grant Big Data LLC a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to:
- Host, store, cache, and back up your User Content on our servers and service providers' infrastructure
- Display, render, and deliver your User Content to you and (where applicable) to other users you choose to share with
- Reproduce, copy, and distribute your User Content as necessary to operate the Service, including cross-device syncing
- Modify, adapt, reformat, and create derivative works of your User Content as necessary for display across different devices, screen sizes, and platforms
- Process your User Content through AI services for generation, enhancement, and narration purposes
- Use your User Content to operate, maintain, improve, and develop the Service
- Make your User Content available to other users when you use sharing features (Sections 11–16)
- Use your User Content (in anonymized or aggregated form) for analytics, research, and service improvement
This license exists solely for the purposes of providing and improving GoReadling. This license will end when your User Content is deleted from our systems, except to the extent that:
- Your content has been shared with others through the Service's sharing features and they have not deleted it
- Your content has been duplicated by other users (see Section 14)
- Deletion within a reasonable timeframe is not possible due to technical limitations of our systems
- Retention is necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of these Terms
- Content exists in backups or disaster recovery systems (which will be purged in accordance with our retention schedules)
10.3 Representations About Your Content
By providing User Content, you represent and warrant that:
- You have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to provide and share the content
- Your content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights
- Your content complies with these Terms, our Community Standards (Section 17), and all applicable laws
- Your content does not contain any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- If your content includes personal information about your child or any other person, you have the legal authority to share that information
10.4 No Compensation
You understand and agree that you will not receive any compensation, credit, or remuneration for User Content you create or share through the Service, including content that is duplicated, rated, or viewed by other users.
11. Sharing Content with Others
GoReadling provides various features that allow you to share stories, illustrations, art, and other content with other people, both within the App and on external platforms. When you share content, you are choosing to make it available beyond your private account. You understand and agree to the following general principles regarding all sharing features:
11.1 Sharing Is Voluntary
All sharing features are optional. You are never required to share any content. If you do not wish content to be available to others, do not use the sharing features.
11.2 Your Responsibility for Shared Content
You are solely responsible for:
- All content you choose to share through the Service
- Reviewing shared content to ensure it does not contain personal information you do not wish to disclose (including your child's name embedded in stories)
- Understanding that once shared, content may be copied, screenshot, forwarded, or otherwise redistributed by recipients beyond your control
- Any consequences arising from sharing content, including legal, social, or personal consequences
- Ensuring that shared content complies with all applicable laws and the terms of the platform where it is shared
11.3 No Guarantee of Privacy After Sharing
Once you share content through any sharing feature, Big Data LLC cannot guarantee the privacy, confidentiality, or security of that content. Shared content may be viewed, saved, copied, forwarded, or redistributed by recipients or the platforms through which it is shared. We have no control over how third parties handle content you share.
11.4 Shared Content and Your Child's Personal Information
Critical Privacy Notice: Stories created with your child's name will contain that name throughout the story text and potentially in the story title. When you share such stories — via Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, web links, or any other method — your child's name becomes visible to everyone who receives or can access the shared content. This is also true for story duplication (Section 14), where another user may save a copy of a story containing your child's name. Please carefully consider what personal information is embedded in content before sharing.
11.5 License Extension for Shared Content
When you share content through the Service's sharing features, the license you grant us in Section 10.2 extends to include the right to make that content available to the intended recipients and platforms you select. If you share content publicly (e.g., via a web link or social media post), you grant us the right to make that content available to anyone who can access the link or post.
12. Story Sharing via Social Platforms
GoReadling enables you to share stories through various social media platforms and communication services. The following sharing methods may be available:
12.1 Facebook Sharing
You may share stories to Facebook using Facebook's share dialog. When you share to Facebook:
- A link to your story is posted to Facebook along with the story title and a text snippet (which may include your child's name)
- The sharing is governed by Facebook's Terms of Service and Facebook's Privacy Policy
- Sharing grants Facebook the right to display the shared content in accordance with their terms
- Big Data LLC has no control over how Facebook handles, displays, or distributes the shared content
- You may earn in-app rewards (stars) for sharing (see Section 27)
12.2 Instagram Sharing
You may share story details to Instagram by copying text to your clipboard for pasting into Instagram. When you share to Instagram:
- Story title and a text excerpt are copied to your clipboard
- You are redirected to the Instagram app where you paste the content manually
- The sharing is governed by Instagram's Terms of Use
- Big Data LLC has no control over your Instagram post or its distribution
12.3 WhatsApp Sharing
You may share stories via WhatsApp using a deep link that opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. When you share via WhatsApp:
- A text message containing the story title, excerpt, and a link to the story is sent to a WhatsApp recipient of your choice
- The content may include your child's name if present in the story
- The sharing is governed by WhatsApp's Terms of Service
12.4 Web Share API & Native Sharing
On supported devices, you may share stories using the native share dialog (which may offer options including Messages, AirDrop, email, and other apps). When you use native sharing:
- Story title, text, and a link are shared through the operating system's share sheet
- The specific platforms available depend on the apps installed on your device
- Big Data LLC has no control over which applications you share to or how those applications handle the content
12.5 iOS Native Sharing
On iOS devices, sharing may use UIActivityViewController, which presents Apple's standard share sheet. Content shared through this method is subject to each receiving application's own terms and privacy policies.
12.6 Share URLs
When you share a story, a URL may be generated that can be used to access or view the story. These URLs may take forms such as:
{app-domain}/?storyId={identifier} (web)
goreadling.com/story/{identifier} (universal links)
These URLs may be accessible to anyone who possesses them. You are responsible for controlling who receives these URLs. Story accessibility through these URLs may change as we update the Service.
12.7 Social Share Tracking
When you share a story through the App's sharing features, we may record that a share occurred for analytics and reward purposes, including:
- The story that was shared
- The platform to which it was shared (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Web Share)
- The timestamp of the share
This tracking data is used internally and is not shared with the social platforms themselves.
13. Illustrations, Art & Creative Content Sharing
13.1 Art Sharing
GoReadling may allow you to share illustrations, drawings, colorings, and AI-enhanced art created within the App. Sharing may be done via the Web Share API (as PNG images), native sharing, or other methods. When you share art:
- The art is exported as an image file (e.g., PNG) and shared through the operating system's share capabilities
- Once shared, the image exists independently on the recipient's device or platform and is no longer under Big Data LLC's control
- Big Data LLC is not responsible for how recipients use, modify, redistribute, or display your shared art
13.2 Art Album & Cloud Storage
Artwork you create may be stored in our cloud storage system (Google Cloud Storage). You should be aware that:
- Art files are stored in cloud storage associated with your user ID
- While we implement access controls, the storage URLs for art files may be accessible if a URL is known or shared
- We do not guarantee that cloud-stored art is accessible only to you in all circumstances
- You should treat art stored in the cloud with the same care as any other cloud-stored media
13.3 AI-Enhanced Art
Art that has been enhanced using AI features (e.g., turning a child's drawing into a more polished illustration) is treated as User Content under these Terms. The AI-enhanced version is a derivative work created through a combination of your original input and AI processing. Both the original and enhanced versions are subject to the license in Section 10.2.
14. Story Duplication & Content Accessibility
14.1 Duplicating Stories
GoReadling may allow users to duplicate (save a copy of) stories created by other users to their personal library. When story duplication occurs:
- A complete copy of the story (including text, images, and audio) is created and associated with the duplicating user's account or device
- The duplicate is independent from the original — the original creator does not control the copy
- You understand that stories you create may be duplicated by other users if accessible through the Service's features
- If your story contains your child's name or other personal details, those details will be present in the duplicated copy
- You cannot revoke or recall a story once it has been duplicated by another user
14.2 Your Consent to Duplication
By creating stories within GoReadling that are accessible to other users (e.g., stories available in the shared library, stories shared via links), you grant other GoReadling users the right to duplicate and save a copy of your story for their personal, non-commercial use within the App. You expressly consent to this duplication and waive any claims against Big Data LLC or other users arising from such duplication.
14.3 Stories You Duplicate
When you duplicate a story created by another user:
- You receive a copy of the story as-is, which may contain the original creator's child's name or other personalized details
- You may not claim the duplicated story as your original creation
- You may not use the duplicated story for commercial purposes
- Your use of the duplicated story is subject to these Terms
15. Ratings, Reviews & Community Interactions
15.1 Story Ratings
GoReadling may allow users to rate stories (e.g., 1 to 5 stars). Ratings are:
- Anonymous — other users see aggregated ratings (e.g., average stars, total number of ratings) but cannot identify who gave a specific rating
- Voluntary — you are never required to rate a story
- Stored in our database associated with the story and your user ID (for preventing duplicate ratings)
- Visible to other users as part of the story's aggregate rating
15.2 Use of Ratings Data
We may use ratings data to:
- Display popularity indicators on stories
- Sort and recommend stories to other users
- Improve the quality of our story library
- Identify and address content quality issues
15.3 No Manipulation
You agree not to manipulate ratings through automated means, multiple accounts, or coordinated behavior. We reserve the right to remove or disregard ratings that we believe are fraudulent, duplicative, or otherwise manipulative.
16. Content Shared on the Web & Public URLs
16.1 Web Accessibility
GoReadling is accessible via web browsers in addition to native iOS and Android apps. Content that is shared via web links, URLs, or accessed through a web browser may be accessible to anyone with the URL, depending on our access controls at the time.
16.2 Indexing & Search Engines
We may implement measures to control whether shared content is indexed by search engines. However, we cannot guarantee that shared content will not be indexed, cached, or archived by third-party services including search engines, web archives, or social media platforms. Once content is shared publicly on the web, it may persist even after deletion from our systems.
16.3 Embedding & Linking
Third parties may link to GoReadling content using URLs that are publicly accessible. We reserve the right to restrict or modify access to content at any time. While we take care to protect user privacy, we cannot control all access to web-accessible content.
16.4 Removal of Web Content
If you request deletion of your content, we will remove it from our active systems. However, we cannot guarantee removal from third-party caches, search engine indexes, social media reposts, or other services that may have independently stored or referenced your content.
17. Community Standards & Acceptable Use for Shared Content
When sharing or publishing content through GoReadling — whether through social media, web links, story duplication, or any other mechanism — you agree to abide by the following Community Standards. These standards are designed to keep our community safe and appropriate for children and families.
17.1 Content You Share Must Not:
- Contain material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Promote violence, hatred, discrimination, or harm against any individual or group
- Contain sexually explicit or suggestive material
- Contain graphic violence or gore
- Exploit, abuse, or endanger children in any way
- Contain personal information about other people without their consent
- Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks
- Constitute spam, phishing, or fraudulent content
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation
- Contain malware, viruses, or any harmful code
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
- Promote illegal activities or substances

- Worldwide: The license applies globally, as the Service is accessible from multiple countries
18.2 AI-Generated Content — Special Considerations

18.3 Public Domain Content
GoReadling includes stories adapted from public domain works (e.g., classic fairy tales, folk tales). These adaptations may include original illustrations, audio narration, and reformatting that are protected by our intellectual property rights. The underlying public domain text remains in the public domain.

- Content that has been shared with others (via social media, duplication, or web links) and independently saved by recipients will not be deleted from their possession
- Content that has been cached by third-party services (search engines, social platforms, web archives) is beyond our control
- Where retention is required by law or to protect our legal rights, content may be retained pursuant to our retention policies

We are not liable for the accuracy of automated moderation.
21.3 No Obligation to Monitor
While we reserve the right to monitor content, we have no obligation to monitor all User Content or activity on the Service. We do not endorse, approve, or verify any User Content.

- Per IP address: Maximum 100 requests per day
- Per account: Maximum 100 requests per day
Exceeding limits may result in temporary suspension of creation features. Premium subscribers may have higher limits. We reserve the right to modify limits at any time without notice. 27.3 Share Rewards
You may earn rewards (e.g., stars, coins) for sharing content through the App's sharing features. Earning rewards for sharing does not guarantee that the share was completed on the target platform. Rewards are granted based on initiating the share action within the App. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue share rewards at any time.

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Service, or your use of the Service (including the formation, performance, and breach of these Terms, and claims arising under statute, in tort, or otherwise) shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (available at www.adr.org).
